Peter Theocharis
Peter obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University in 1975 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1981. He practiced law in Vancouver between 1982 and 2002 and focused his practice on general litigation, personal injury, wrongful dismissal, wills variation, commercial and company dispute, construction and family law, where he appeared before all court levels in British Columbia.
Peter joined Johnston Franklin in September 2003 where he focuses his practice primarily on family law and general litigation. Peter is certified Family Law mediator.
Peter is married with two grown children. In his spare time he enjoys golf, gardening and fly-fishing.
