Stuart Cappus
Stuart Cappus was born and raised in Port Alberni, British Columbia and graduated from Alberni District Secondary School in 2003.
In 2007, Stuart completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology at Malaspina University-College (now Vancouver Island University) in Nanaimo, from which he attended the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law, obtaining his J.D. in 2011.
